After 20 years in the corporate world, climbing the ladder in various roles from inside sales to collections to business operations including marketing and IT, it was time for a new venture.

Richemont Solutions was born out a transitionary period that generated a new energy to serve and guide others all while learning a new skill that can be shared with small and mid-sized businesses.

Russ enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and two kids. The family, originally from Chicago now hails from sunny Southern California.
